All high touch surfaces in our workspaces are thoroughly sanitized several times a day.

As always, containers are sterilized before and after filling and before being packaged for delivery

Frequent hand washing and sanitizing is mandatory, as are protective gloves.
With these increased safety measures, please expect delayed shipping timelines, with up to 3-4 business days to process your order. Know that we are doing our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.

As shipping providers and delivery systems are facing massive strain, your order may take a bit longer to arrive once shipped. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, Cole & Jade is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order.
